Tri state tornado

The tri state tornado happened on March 18 1925. The tornado traveled through the three states of Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri with a path length of 219 miles, the longest ever in the US, with the longest time in the US being around 3.5 hours. Over the period of time it caused 747 fatalities with the most being in Illinois and being the most deadliest knows tornado outbreak. (695 people dead from the actual tornado) 2.2 billion dollars was a result of the damages caused by this tornado. The EF rating was an EF5
